PSI Webinar: Innovative approaches in the development of pediatric medicines
Children are considered a vulnerable population. Correspondingly, developing drugs for pediatrics is associated with a range of challenges including but not limited to ethical and methodological challenges. In this PSI webinar, representatives from different pharmaceutical companies will present innovative approaches that address the challenges of developing pediatric medicines. This includes the use of historical data, Bayesian methodology, and partial and full extrapolation approaches. The presentations are followed by a discussion of the topic from a clinical perspective and Q&A.

R workshop - Follow up Q & A session
Indian Association for Statistics in Clinical Trials (IASCT) is pleased to announce a Q&A session on R, in follow-up to the R workshop from February 2020. This will be a short interactive meeting with the trainer, Mr. Deepayan Sarkar and the participants from the last R workshop, where he will be taking questions from the audience. In addition to the knowledge and skills acquired during the 2-day session in February, the participants would have engaged in hands-on experience within their respective organizations. With that in mind, this interaction will focus on sharing user experiences and getting the resolutions for their queries. Note: Minimum 10-15 participants are required to run a productive session. There is no registration fee for this event. Please indicate your interest by registering via the registration page. Registrations close by Thursday, 24th September.
