Nishanth Nalan is a Practice Head (Life Sciences) at Alten Calsoft Labs (ACL Digital), oversees Life Sciences services and operations in India. Also, he is the Vice President of the Indian Association for Statistics in Clinical Trials (IASCT) and an Executive committee member of IASCT. He is also passionate about building high-performing teams and scaling delivery capabilities across functions and geographical locations.He is a visiting faculty at Department of Biotechnology, Bharathiar University. Also, he is a member of the Board of Studies, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.He holds a Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development (PGDHRD) at PSG, Coimbatore. Also, he attended the Executive Education Programme at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), in Bangalore.

Ashish Charles is currently working as Associate Director - Statistical Programming at Novartis Hyderabad. He has around 15 years' experience in the clinical industry, leading and managing analysis and reporting of clinical trials across various therapeutic areas including extensive experience in Oncology. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications from Bangalore University. Ashish has been associated with IASCT since a decade in various roles and in his current role of Head, Events Committee, has been instrumental in organizing various events across different locations within India. He is very passionate about IASCT and likes to interact with colleagues across the industry and finds ways to bring all their experiences and knowledge to others via the IASCT platform.

Jagannatha.P S, Statistics General Manager, GSK India Bangalore has more than 25+ years’ experience as a Statistician with Technical Knowledge. Prior to joining GSK in 2003, he was with National Tuberculosis Institute, Min. of H&FW, Govt of India for a period of 18.6 years. He is also member of Board of Studies in different college in Bangalore. He has coauthored several publications in reputed journals during his career. Jagannatha is a founder member IASCT and has been actively involved with all IASCT activities for over 10 years. He started off as the event committee chair for 2 years, and for the last 6 years has held position of Treasurer. He is also a member of the IASCT Governing Council.

Pooja Gopal Shinde, Senior Project Manager Biostatistics and Statistical Programming has overall work experience of 14+ years and industry relevant experience of 8+ years. Until then was practicing as a Neuro rehab. specialist. Prior to joining Parexel she worked with Cytel, where she used to closely work with Teams like Sales, Marketing, Technical and Senior Management on the Sales support, Marketing and Branding Initiative, Operational, Legal and Financial aspects of the projects. She completed PGDBM from NMIMS, MSc in Clinical Research from SMU and holds a Graduate certificate in Neurorehabilitation from Brunel Uni. She has been an active participant at many industrial events like PhUSE SDE, SCDM, IASCT Workshop, and ConSPIC in India. She is a member of Indian Association Of Physiotherapist and likes travelling and sports.

He holds a B-tech (Biotechnology) Degree from Dr. D Y Patil University Pune and has overall 12 years of experience in Clinical domain. He has experience in leading Standards programming group (SDTM and ADAM) across multiple therapeutic areas and have led multiple automation projects. He is very passionate about adapting to novel programming techniques and have been involved in multiple across organizations collaboration to bring advancement in open-source software space.
